香港化妝品化學師協會(HKSCC) 是國際化妝品科技聯盟(IFSCC) 的附屬會員。 所有HKSCC會員都是個人會員。 HKSCC 成立於2003 年，是一個完全獨立的，非商業及非牟利組織。
HKSCC 旨在提高香港和中國大陸的化妝品科學家的專業地位，鼓勵教育和研究，並提供有關化妝品及相關科學知識的交流平臺。
